All transactions on this site are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped using Standard Postage Services. Please inquire if Express Shipping is preferred and we will provide you with an Express Post Shipping quotation.

Most of our jewellery pieces are shipped for free within Australia.

Pick up is not available.

Once items are received, the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the items.

Please contact us within 24 hours if the item shows signs of damage in transit.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your item to be delivered (weekends excluded).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery is via Australia Post Standard International Air Mail.
International customers please note estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days (weekends excluded), however sometimes delays may occur due to Customs. This delay can sometimes extend up to 30 business days and is out of Australia Post's control.
Therefore this estimated delivery time is not guaranteed.
For International customers, the ‘Buyer’ will be responsible for any Import Duty Taxes associated with their purchased item.

Returns
Sometimes the Items we purchase are not always as expected when we buy them from the Internet. If something is not what you expected, please take the time to contact us as soon as you can and send it back to us (the return postage will be at the Buyer’s expense).
We will notify you personally by email once the refund has been completed.
Note: We take no responsibility if the Item is lost on return postage.

Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if you are not completely happy with your item(s). Return shipping & handling costs will be at the Buyer's expense and must be returned using the same postal service.
Any return items must be returned unused in their original condition and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected your purchase price will be refunded (less shipping & handling expenses).
