How your Items will be Shipped

 

Our business is based in Australia. All Items purchased will be shipped by

Australia Post International Air Mail. Your Items will be securely packaged for transit.

Unless specified in our Item description, a “gift box” is not included in your purchase.

 

Cost of Shipping

 

We offer "FREE" Worldwide Shipping on many (but not all) of our Items.

All Items with packaged weight less than 50 grams are Shipped

"FREE" Worldwide.

If the packaged item weighs more than 50 grams, but less than 250 grams, the

Shipping fee is AUD $6.95.

All packages with weight over 250 grams but less than 500 grams, the

Shipping fee is AUD $15.95.

If your order is large and the package may weigh over 500 grams, please inquire via email at:

sales@jaimore.com.au before making your purchase. We will provide a Shipping quote for you.

 

Please note: The Item's packaged weight will automatically be calculated at checkout

and the Shipping fee will be displayed.

 

 

Payment Options

 

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal

• Credit Card payment via PayPal Account

    

If you do not have a current Paypal account you can still use Paypal to make your payment

by logging into Paypal as a guest.

 

At 'Jaimore' we prefer Paypal for your online payment as it adds another layer of security to your purchase.

Transaction Currency

 

All transactions on this site are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

The currency conversion will automatically take place when you make your online payment via Paypal.

 

 

Shipping Time

 

Delivery is via Australia Post International Air Mail.

 

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days (weekends excluded), however sometimes delays may occur due to Customs. This delay can sometimes extend up to 30 business days and is out of Australia Post's control.

Therefore this estimated delivery time is not guaranteed.

 

Please note: Weekends and Public Holidays are not counted as “Business” days.

 

 

Handling Time

 

All International Items purchased through 'Jaimore' will be packaged and posted within one business day

(24 hours) of payment clearance. This does not include Weekends.

Jaimore is located in Victoria Australia.

 

Shipping Address

 

Please ensure the postal address on your account is correct and up to date.

Please re-confirm your shipping address when you check out and pay.

 

Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for Items that are undelivered and returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery. This fee will be the full cost of original Postage and Handling.

We take no responsibility if your address is incorrect.

 

 

Combined Shipping

 

We offer combined shipping for each additional Item at a very reasonable cost of AUD $3.00 per additional Item.

This applies when combined Items purchased have a Total Postage Weight less than or equal to 250 grams.

Please note: If the combined package weight is greater than 250 grams and less than 500 grams, the Total International Shipping fee will be AUD $15.95.

 

If your combined postage package may weigh more than 500 grams, please inquire before making your purchase.

Customs and Taxes

 

Import Duties, Taxes eg Value Added Tax, and charges are not included in the Item price or Shipping cost.

Tax displayed at checkout for International Customers will display as 0.00%. This does not mean that there will be no Tax payable on your item.

Import Duties / Taxes vary from country to country. These charges are the Buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs (if any) may be prior to making your purchase.

 

There may be unforseen delays due to Customs and this is out of our control. All Items will be posted within one Business day (24 hours) of payment clearance (This does not include weekends).

Shipping times may vary due to time spent in Customs.

Very occasionally delays can be up to 30 business days. This is unforseen and is out of our control.

Thank you for your patience and understanding if you do experience any delays in Shipping for this reason.

 

Return Items or Refunds

 

We accept return Items within 30 days of delivery of your Item. Please note that we do not pay for Return Shipping. Return Shipping costs will be at the Buyer’s expense. Once Items have been returned unused and in their original packaging and we have inspected them, we will either replace your Item or Refund your money (less shipping expenses incurred).

Please inspect your Item and notify us via email or phone if you have any concerns when your Item arrives.

Communication Policy

 

Please Note: It may take us a little longer to respond to questions from Buyer’s in different Time Zones. Please understand that we may be asleep while you are awake!

We will usually respond to your question within 24 hours (business days only, not weekends).
